General Information
Raman Waterfall Forest Park located in Tambon Krasom, Amphur Takuatung, Pangnga province, covered the area of 125 rais. The Royal Forest Department declared this forest park on October 26, 1983.
Topography
General geography of Raman Waterfall Forest Park is superimposing high mountains. The area is 100 metres height from the average sea level. Soil characteristic is clay mixed with sand, limestone, sandy stone and less granite.
Climate
Summer started from January to December, 8 months totally. The most heavily raining period is during June to
September.
Flora and Fauna
Around waterfall consist of left abundant moist evergreen forest. Most of the forest beyond this area has been damaged and encroached for farming. Flora found such as Shorea sp., Dipterocarpus sp, Burma reeds, etc. Ground trees consist of bamboo species, bananas, ferns, etc.
Fauna found such as monkeys, langurs, mouse deers, common palm civets, barking deers, squirrels and several bird
species.

By Car
Raman Waterfall Forest Park is 10 kms away from the district administration office. You can take the highway no. 4 to milestone no. 874, then turn left to dirt road and drive on for about 6 kms to reach the forest park.
